Your opponents: 12 Z-95 Headhunters. They are older models, but no superman stuff please. Split up into pairs if you can, and keep track of how many you kill. No more then one kill per person per post please, let's eek this out for a bit, let you guys flex those starfighter writing skills.

The freighters are also officially enemies, and will fire on you from time to time, but don't engage them until one of the Flight leaders does.

Remember, there is more to this then meets the eye, and I will be revealing all within the next couple of days.

However - please bear in mind that in character terms, you are NOT aware of the whole truth. You're allowed to think something fishy is going on, but at the end of the day, you follow your orders and kill who you're told to kill.

I'll be working with the flight leaders closely on this, so they'll help you through.

Once this little engagement is over, we will be going back to base, but don't worry it's not the end of the story - I'll make sure we hop to the next engagement pretty quick.

Shades of Grey is on hold due to competition prep.

if you had a post in the works for it then just PM myself, Tinker or Ibram and we'll get it sorted.

Okay I finally posted on the Warm-up Thread, sorry that took so long, its been a crazy couple of days. So yeah go get em' guys.

Ok guys, now that the 'comp' has started, the warm up exercise is closed.

For those who don't feel like participating, Shades of Grey will be re opened and we'll just continue from where we left off. Anyone who is participating will of course be excused - If you want anything done with your character, let me know and I'll work it in.

Uris, unfortuantly Shades of Grey isn't in a position for you to enter it just quite yet, but bare with me and I'll get it to a point where you can join smoothly.

Since it's now an elite 'pilot' competition, there's no need for a coordinated strategy, just have fun and good luck.
