A note about our ferry shuttle:
A modified Correlian Star Shuttle -
Length: 80 meters
Hyperdrive rating: Class 1.5 (Backup: Class 12)
Armament: Fitted with retractable turbo-lasers

Passengers: 150-200
Cargo capacity: 900 metric tons
Consumables: 3 years
Usage: Diplomatic, shuttle, leisure
This is a luxury refit of an old Galactic Republic shuttle, a bit of a hulk of a vessel. Its vintage exterior hides its refitted luxurious decor, some models have been converted to casino pleasure cruisers, however, ours is converted with a large discussion chamber with extensive communication array and holonet displays. We will be based out of the principle system, Typhus, at the Badejoz space station. From there, we will probably be deployed to all the out lying systems such as Bannth, Ios, Yetton & Epsilon etc. Everyone continues to deal with Flyboy's execution. Many of the Viper's meet up in the cantina. Cali sends her flight to the simulator to get in some time before the briefing later on. Pilots started to explore the ship, most of them ending up in the cafeteria eating. Tinker and Cali got into a scuffle over Cali looking up Cadie's personnel file. Cadie takes a walk to clear her head after blowing up at Cali, runs into Romanflame and Calad during her explorations. The ship makes its course correction and is now heading directly for the Typhus system. Meeting Notes (6/7/09):Not much to report on. Stories are moving along in both squadrons. Lt. Commander Arturus is making reforms to make sure the Navy is following a cannon and working efficiently. Just a reminder, starting this Wednesday, Arturus will be holding an informal meeting where Navy members can participate in this gradual evolution of the Navy. No matter what your rank or position is, you will have a voice, and everyone's opinions will be taken into account The meeting will take place at 9PM EST. Message from the Squadron Commander:Sorry the statistical analysis isn't available this week - however several reports were missing, and a few of you haven't posted this week. Hiya Guys,
Try to get a post in, just do some CD. We are about to reach our destination in the story and the pace is going to pick up. Take the chance to knock out 500 words so we get to know your character some more. The ship has lots of amenities, use them and be creative. Don't be afraid to use other characters in your post, when in doubt PM the person who writes that character a question or be one with the IRC. One of us is usually there.
On another note, I'll be out of town all of Friday June 12 (itsa my birthday). But shall return Saturday. So don't forget to get your reports in too

While I was out and about today, I decided to hit Origins on a spur of the moment decision. I wish now that I'd had my camera with me, because while I was there, I ran into Peter Mayhew...yep...Chewbacca himself right here in Columbus. Naturally, I was pretty damn excited. If I can manage it, I'll be going back up there Sunday and taking my camera and getting an autograph. Even if I can't, I'm damn glad I got to meet him. Nice guy, if you get the chance to talk to him.
