The above are the members of the Dark Council, and are the individuals that review the applications. To prevent bias of any sort (for any division), it's probably best that you not ask them.

As a note, I won't write letters of recommendation anyway because I consider it a conflict of interest as someone who is reviewing them in the first place. It sort of voids the entire concept in my mind. If I think you're awesome enough to write a letter, and I'm the one reading it, why do I need to write it? As far as letting the others on the council know, I can just say 'Good' or 'Bad' and leave it at that. :P

I did, and funnily enough it doesn't say where you send the applications to, only what you need to be able to reply.

The closest bit of relevant information is that all LOR need to be emailed/Pm'd to either Kadann of Japheth. Bearing in mind that information is dated now, it could have changed.

So, again, where (Or maybe a better word would be 'who') do i send my application to?

Another Question: does it matter when we hand our applications in? Or should we only hand in when a particular month hasn't had a candidate picked yet?

For example, August's candidate is being picked now(ish), so should if i felt like handing mine in now, should i? Or should i wait until August has been announced, then hand it in?
