Ok look, enough of the soft approach to this, im getting majorly tired of being nice. Not only are you setting yourselves a bad example, but everyone else. Although officially this is not a squad, why this story exists i am in charge of you all. And i personally want to impress anyone senior that could be paying attention, i want to prove i can handle leadership, and so far you two are making me look a disgrace.
Jelly your supposed to be my superior, start acting like it. Sayah, i thought someone with nearly nine months experience should know how to conduct himself by now.
So this is it, the ultimatum. I dont want to hear another word between you two. You sort whatever personal problems you have with each other away from the eyes of the rest of us. If you dont like each other, dont talk to each other, its that simple. But stop squabbling like little children.
Dont get me wrong, i haven't got anything against you beyond this. A certain someone (who i extend my gratitudes towards) has brought it to my attention that maybe it does look like i do have problems with you. Im treating you like id treat anyone else who acts in your way, regardless of their squad, platoon, division, whatever. You keep this from surfacing again, and we have no problem. -----------------------
