Recruitment Project

In I believe the last VEN meeting, Demonic mentioned the idea of using this one fan-fiction site for recruitment. This would be done through writing a story based in the Vast Empire plot line and then posting it in the Star Wars section.

Well, I now plan on launching a recruitment "campaign" using Demonc's concept. The thing is that I would like to represent the VEN in the most respectable and accurate way. So I am seeing if someone in the Navy that has been here for awhile and it pretty savvy when it comes to correct writing would be interested in editing and checking for continuity errors in the story (like Shaz, Art, etc...).

Sounds like a decent enough idea to me, Than. If you need any help with things other than 'editing'- you lemme know. Do you know who you'd like to write the story?

If you are talking about multiple people writing the story, I never thought about it. Though it would probably be a better idea to have multiple people from the Navy for better representation. I'll start asking certain people if they are interested, if that is what you meant.

Kad has a strict policy/rule against advertising/recruiting off of other sites' forums. I haven't seen the site in question, so I don't know if it is a forum, but this is just a heads-up.
