In looking at my own past to see where promotions and other changes were made, it was sometimes difficult to do so because they were not given proper topics- when such a move is made from here on out, I'll do my best to give it a home that can be easily researched.

The news of today is that we have had our first ever person pass through the newly revised Master Aviator's Exam: Than Sion.  For those of you who don't know, that means that you must have completed the AE, SAE, TEs (which include the TE [which include the tt and ee]] and the LE)- and finally the MAE.  I'll tell you right now my friends: that sounds like a lot because it is.  Its meant to be done over about a six month period, and I think he accomplished about that, though evenly over the six month period.  Anywho- for his outstanding work there he has been promoted to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) and awarded the Victory Cross, Silver Trim [VC:S].  Furthermore, I asked if he'd be willing to take on the role as XO of Kaph Squadron- he understands the implications of his actions and has accepted.

Inversely, this means that Demonic has been removed from his position, though no further actions have been carried out.  Both men will remain in their positions, Than as Flight Lead and XO, now though.  Also, between Japheth and I, decided that Amason would only receive the rank of Ensign as he enters into collaboration with Arturus aboard the Doashim.  Put simply- despite the fact he had an earlier rank much higher than that we were going to reward him with in the first place, we felt that a jump as massive as one to Officer, wasn't something that could be taken lightly.  Furthermore, if he starts at the rank of Ensign he can truly build his way up- much higher than that and he outranks me and Japheth.  In this way he's given an equal opportunity while respecting his former rank.

Finally, every Navy member who makes sure that his profile is updated and on the wiki by the end of this weekend will receive an easy 15,000 ICs.  Everyone: remember reports   Also, expect to see some news on RPG and things of that sort.  And, I won't be able to attend the meeting this weekend, so if Jaden could take my spot- that would be much appreciated: or Arturus for that matter, considering he's the Wing Adjutant: simply relay what I've spoken of here and collect Squadron Reports.

As have I and C-3PX2: each of us has been rewarded 15,000 ICs.  There's only one real problem with mine: I cannot figure out when I got my aviator's certificate!  It is the absolute only thing I can not find: I'll pay anyone 30,000 ICs if they can find it.  It has to be within the general area of October 2, 2003- or atleast that's where I last spoke of it.  Apparently I was going to send it to Japheth, but I'm not entirelly sure if I ever did.  If Japheth doesn't have it then the only other person who could possibly have it is Sk8: dunno if he kept his records either.  Anywho: anyone who finds it gets the reward.

Otherwise: who hasn't updated there's?  Just tell me what you want done if you don't think you can get around to it and I'll see to it that you receive an award and have your profile updated on the Wiki.  Anyone at all? Anyone in a command position: this is your time to kick some butt and take some names.

15,000 ICs are on your way Chip- I added part of the new template to the bottom of your page though.  I know this particular history project can be long and cumbersome, but if you decide to collect all your history- you may find it strangely satisfying, lol.  If not- maybe we could assign someone else to do it- but its there if you wanna do it.  If you can't figure out how to do something, compare yours to some of the other member profiles on the wiki.  And- good changes: I never actually knew that 'Sarah' had committed suicide- I'd always assumed she'd been killed by her assaulter's.  A little morose- but interesting.

Same for you Tomas- and stick around IRC as Japheth suggested and- anyone else who has any questions: go there   Thanks for taking some initiative folks: but there's plenty more to go!

(Edit): Tokijin and I worked through her history, though there are almost no records of her position changes other than post to post in the Nazgul Topic, and she is updated; she has received 15,000 ICs as promised, but for her hard work and recent activity: we'll just have to keep our eyes on her.  Also, for C-3PX2's work on the Kaph Wiki site, he's been paid 30,000 ICs: Tomas has been doing extensive work on the Naval Stories, so we'll have to link them for every squadron eventually.

You'll note on the Wiki under 'missions,' the missions themselves are separated by name, but then the section above has them categorized according to squadron.  Hopefully, upon completion of those story briefs, we can put those all together: perhaps it will lead to a solid, single time-line for the Navy.  That's a ways down the road, but hopefully we can keep this going and not lose any steam.

Also: if dredj shows me what work he did to his profile on the Wiki, he'll receive his 15,000 credits as well.  Otherwise- the reward for updating profiles has come to an end: thank you to everyone who participated.

(Edit: Star of the Academy has been added to the VE Wiki under 'Naval Academy Awards.'  I put 'TBA' for another award underneath it because I'm going to make one more award that shows truly unique abilities: don't have a name for it yet...  More on that later.)
