The IRC server is at irc.massassi.net and the channel is #Vast_empire if you haven't already found it. Theres a helpful java applet on the main site, if you don't have IRC
You should receive an email from the Adjutant Training Officer, Lieutenant Commander g5, in the next 24 hours. If you don't, come and moan on the comnet
