The only bad thing about working nights is Im exaughsted but still I stayed awake and finished the first test.

Correct. 1st Echelon is more like site orientation - figuring out where all your resources are. Starting from 2nd Echelon, you learn some common starwars knowledge, and you begin to establish your character biography. -----------------------

Completely depends on the person and how well they do the writing. It's quite possible to finish all training within 2-3 days. -----------------------
