we also use gray/silver as the secondary color. the Nazgul site is in mostlly blue, and Aegis is using green, that's why i didn't use either.

Meh, I'll think about fixing it. Right now I'm trying to get my City of Heroes stuff up and working. It's a major pain in the @$$. But we need to start doing stuff in CoH, especially since Villians is coming out soon. If nothing else, we could all dress the same and call ourselves "The Vast Empire of Whoopass". Break it down into squadrons and we go hero hunting every now and then. Maybe even have some of us go off and create some guys called "The Rebellion of suckiness" and we all dress the same and fight. It'd work out ok since NC Soft announced that if you pay $15 bucks you get to play both CoH and CoV. Sounds like a plan to me! Now fetch me my beanie of evil contemplation. And a powerade. And maybe my teddy bear, if he's lying around near the kitchen. -----------------------

I have the nav bar on the side on the home page just so people know that's it's the home page. I've done a couple of other web site like that with the nav bar on the home page at the left side of the window and the rest at the top, and people seemed to like it, so i just kept it that way. -----------------------

Ok, I'm just going bring you up to the point before Jaden's last post.
We're invading a NR colonial planet called Bokura V, a small icy planet with an asteroid field for mining. In phase one, we pirated three freighters worth, i believe, of the metal that was being hauled back to the planet and moved them out of the system. Then Kaph went to attack their major city with the metal processing factory...right now, I'm with the commando team inside the factory, fighting a larger force of enemy that came because of the alarm i set off. While the rest of them are outside either in the city or outside completely fighting resisting forces and giving air cover for the five freighters that landed and is waiting for the commandos to open the loading bay doors to be loaded and taken off into space. One NR capital ship jumps in with two squadrons, and another VE ship jumps in with another reinforsement squadron.
Plans: I plan on having the doors open only enough to load one freighter at a time, and end up causing only two the five survive and be loaded. meanwhile, the two NR squadron gets destroyed and the NR ship escapes. all of the VE ships redenvouze in space and docks and we jump to the other redenvouze to join the three freighters from phase one, but instead of the freighters, we find an ambush of an entire NR fleet. And obviously we escape eventually after a space battle. -----------------------

Russell, when we write, we tend to write professionally. that means, no "zoom" sounds or "bang"'s. We use descriptive adjectives to form the picutre in the reader's minds of how the actual explotion would sound and look like.
ie: "...linked his lasers and fired twice into the enemy fighter. the shots pierced the hull and shot away the right solar panel. the second set of shots hit directly into the engine, the fighter exploded in a brilliant, expanding fireball, then just as quickly the fire extinguished as the atmosphere from the fighter burned up." this was just an example, I hope i won't see it in anyone's future story posts, at least not the exact same.
I've also noticed that although you guys use the spelling-checks now, a good thing, but in order for that to work, you need to know what the word is supposed to look like in the first place, in many placed although the words are spelled right, they're not the correct words. ie: here and hear. straight and strait...etc. if you're not sure you have the right word, consult a dictionary.

we are at the pre-planned redevouze point. where the first 3 freighters and the rest of the fleet were supposed to meet, then get back to base. but the first 3 freighters are no longer there and we're being ambushed by a NR fleet. The freighters that landed on the planet are being attacked and needs to leave the system. and since Jaden brought in an Interdictor, we'll have to delay it with what we have, so the freighters can get out of its gravity well... -----------------------

Alright a few things that i wanted to point out that i think is either misunderstood or non-realistic.
Cheatle, you're not only bring the commandos to the Phalanx, but also a replacement crew to fly the cruiser. You and Russel need to get together sometime and figure out the details. especially now that you've got an unarmed crew, pistols at most for officers, to protect. and cutting off air to the ship wouldn't work becuase crews will have to be manning the guns that were not disabled by ion.
Sion, the hanger tha i crashed the fighters into was the Whirlpool, the NR Interdictor, not the Phalanx. I've noticed some confusion on that point, so i pointed out.
Russell, the commandos that you're bring over are army, and they have their own commander. You are no where near the position to be giving them orders. while in fact, the commandos might even have enough rank and position in the army to be giving you commands. You and cheatle might want to read up on some army posts in Chp8, found in the StoryNets, to see how to write like commandos, and you can also check out my posts in the story Kaph-Bokura where i played the role of commando through most of the story. -----------------------
