I'm going to correct something here.Depending on your point- of-view ofcorse.In many a Star Wars game(specificly Jedi Outcast II)it has been stated that though many Dark Jedi consider their ways a religion based of off the origonal Sith species,it is more or less a line of beliefs and 'rules'(if you can say rules refering to a Dark Jedi)that dictate proper behavior.Now if you prefer to look at it the other way,that they have a religion,then your looking at one of the universe's largest groups of historians. There are two schools of thought when it comes to the Dark Jedi using the Force. Sith and Krath look at it in two different lights. The Sith see it as a tool or weapon.. a means to an end. The Krath are more religion based and see the Force as a blessing or action from their diety.
Please don't ever use the movies or games as a reference. All of those characters have very limited knowledge of the Force. For some real info, read the books. They go into much greater detail. -----------------------

This is my opinion from personal experience:
"News people" get their sources from anything they can, mainly because bloggers are the "best source". I have found it very difficult to find authentic information concerning the history of Dark Jedi. Basically: they found an easy way out. -----------------------

It is a bit hard to find resources online. I wouldn't suggest going to other clubs. For instance, the EH's Krath are... well... oh, screw it, they missed the point by a few yards. -----------------------
