The Guided Rocket Launcher is a portable, shoulder-held rocket launcher that can be "dumb"-fired or target-locked. Heavy warhead-tipped rockets are jettisoned and then self propelled towards target.

Reason: Because Heavy Artilery like Spider Droids will be blown up with all five missiles. But if there are a bunch of enemies you can blow them up with a few missiles because of their blast radius. If it was between dying or this I would use this to get rid of them instead of dying!

Think about the Wookie Rocket Launcher for a second...
A Wookie is handling this weapon - doesn't that raise any flags implying that this sucker is heavy? I mean it takes a Wookie's strength to lift and carry the thing on the battlefield.
I don't know what it weights, but a simple human being, it seems to me, would have an extremely hard time and a huge disadvantage if he/she were to have to lug that thing around. -----------------------

Another Reason, I was talking with my friend and he said that Clones are humans that were cloned and were trained. If a human trained like a HWS or Heavy Weapons Spec would be able to carry it so As my closing statement:

Yes, all clones are the same, but over the time of the Clone Wars, as stated in the Episode III Visual Dictionary, the clone troopers each developed their own personality and traits. Therefore, some clones could have received extra heavy-weapons training, so only certain clones might have been able to handle the weapon.
And, for God's sake, it's WOOKIEE!!!! -----------------------
