Man, the flight leader positions are being filled with lower and lower ranked peronells. The old manual says it has to be at least a PO2, 2 months ago, Jack and I, SCRW, became FL, and now LCRW, what's next? CRW? -----------------------

Technically I should've been an officer to command a squadron, but I had been a WO1 when I first took over Venom as SC, even Kaph come to think of it. And then I was promoted to CWO, and only last night got Officer ranking -----------------------
