How are we soposed to send the e-mail saying we won? Do we list the winning tickets and how much money we won, or... what?

I am now able to say I have the stuff ready to start the VE lottery. The way it would work would be that people pay me for a ticket ( I can't buy them or you would complain) and 90% of that would go into the jackpot. There will be a limit of 10 tickets per individual at 100 IC's a piece. When buying a ticket just send the money to my accound and put in the comments the number(s) for the tickets and that it's for the lottery. I'll try to have weekly numbers up on the commnet. You e-mail me to claim your prize. So, this is how it works: Send 100 IC's per ticket up to 5 tickets to Scout Make sure the 5 digit # is on the ticket, digits from 1-20 Check Commnet every week to see if you won. If you did, you have to tell me about winning before the next drawing. That's all yall.
