Could anyone change the size of a avatar I made or tell me how to do it other than save it as a different file. (Doesn't work for me somehow.) Also I made it using MS Paint if it has anything to do with it and I also saved it as a .gif file. -----------------------

Flying Knight, you might try converting it from one type to another and back, that sometimes smashes the size down, also smashing the number of colors down or the quality, if its a jpeg, can reduce the filesize. -----------------------
