I need to add up the points but I'm formulating an evil plan for what do with my character and I'm posting it here so I can get some feedback on my ideas from more expirienced Galaxies players.

My current idea is to master artisan, marksmen, rifleman(this may change to pistoleer), and I'm debating armorsmith or weaponsmith(I'll do both if I can figure out the points).  I'll be able to surrender by domestic arts skills and my buiseness skills.  Then chunk the carbine and the pistol(will change to rifle obviously if I got pistoleer) skills once I get some slicing skills.

Pistoleer depends on how the specs of pistols compare to rifles.  As of right now with what I do know I am starting to favor pistols over rifles because combat range is not great enough for rilfes to be truely effective.

Take brawler long enough to become a slicer, no other smuggler skills interest me.  Lose brawler once I get slicing going.

Keep novice medic and scout. Those will be handy for gathering materials and keeping myslef alive a little bit longer when out on my own(something I seem to have a bit of trouble with right now I know).

Haha, yeah I heard about your incap/death spree. I've got some Stim B's you might be able to use when you pick up medic. Lemme know. Pistoleer is much more fun than rifleman, but I'm switching to rifleman for the power. Up to you, though.

This is great for figuring out how many skill points things take. Its not really that great for knowing the skills and such you get because its not updated very often.

I added the points up I'll need and I found I can do everything I want if I surrender some skills from the weaponsmith tree, since explosives don't seem that usefull I chunk that tree once I master weaponsmith.

Most of my incap/deaths were at the hands of npc's.  They changed it so npc's can kill now.  I already got novice medic and some stimpack a's it's just that most of the time because of the mobbing I never even had a chance to use them even buffed.

But since there is no real consequence for dying, it's only been frustrating rather then something that would make me quit playing SWG(If there was that kind of consequence and everything else was the way it already is I would have grown annoyed to the point of not playing anymore because it would be impossible to get anywhere).

Ypu do realize that once you get master weaponsmith you can't just drop the skills below it, and same with slicing. You have to keep all the skils below you what you have. that would be nice if you could do that cause I'd defintely do it. I was jjust making sure you knew that cause it sounded like ou didn't

Aight so evil plan won't quite work out then.

So i'll prolly have to choose between armorsmith and weaponsmith like I figured.

Think I'll go Armorsmith then, looks more usefull.

May have to rethink entire plan and get a second character to do my combat with while use this character for crafting.

Being any of the crafting professions without mastering it is simply pointless as you will produce lower-quality stuff that no one will want to use/buy. And sk8 is right, you can't drop anything below things at the top without also dropping the higher boxes. Unfortunate but fair.
