Everyone, our gaming has picked up a little the past week or two, but it could be much better. I know none of the other squadrons are active  , but we can still kill each other - all in fun, of course.

We have to hold an official 'Elite' competition against the rest of the squadrons and the best becomes the Elite Squadron. But Tal said that if it is obvious that Aegis is (which it IS ) we might just get it without any competition .... -----------------------

I say we demand Tie Defenders and Missile Boats.
Well . . . maybe not just YET.
Also, I think JMac asked whether our TIEs had shields. According to our squadron commander, all fighters in the VEN have shields . . . but no hyperdrive or warheads (except on the bombers, of course).
Hope that helps with the story line.
