ya know being a bit young for the original DOOM i missed it, however later in my life, before the nexgen consoles while the SNES was still an ok system i invested in DOOM for it, wich later turned out to be DOOM CE when i bought the collection pack a month ago, well having played both and had a blast, when DOOM3 game out we got it, i installed it and after a night of fighting i got it to work on my out dated sys. well this game is amazing, running it in 800x600 on medium settings it runs great and is the best looking game i have ever seen, not only that but the ambient sound and all wraps up in a very spooky package, i wasnt even dissapointed when i foung out i was a space marine, these guys practicaly invented the space marine. the game is very dark, and you have to use the flashlight like a weapon, and you need it alot, so when  an enemy comes around you have to grab out a gun (use a hotkey, i found it works better) and take shots at the guy, and while many guys are zombies that just walk after you there are some zombie space marines too who shoot at you,

Mwhahaha. I beat bellion Imp side. The SS's in bellion suck, but art should know what this looks like. For those of you that dont, its the galaxy totally taken over by the Imps. I had a total fleet of 125 warships, supplyships, and personel ships. Days are in the 6000's. Its uber. Time to play as the rebs now.

Here I am keeping watch over my sector with my trusty rifle, ready to shoot any pesky Terrorists that stray into my line of fire.

The M-14 marksman sniper rifle, the M1 Garand's successor, is still in use by several special forces around the world for it's accuracy and lethality, despite its age. I believe the US Marine Corps still uses this weapon as a squad-based support weapon.
