Ahoy all! I'm back!

Well...for a day. I'll be gone come Sunday, yet again, for a week. I know how lost and cofused you must be without my inspiring presence to guide your existence but...ahem...sacrifices must be made

Anyway, I've read most of the story up 'till this point, so...I might post, 'might not. Depends on how much time I have tomorrow. I'll be on IRC if you have the strong urge to talk to me...or approach me...or even make eye contact with me...soo, yeah.

Oh and welcome new peoples as well! Seems the squad gained a few while I was gone. Always good to have new blood. I hope that Kand has treated you well...?

I assigned characters to our active members during when I wrote that message. Ill point out a bit near the end where I said 'anyone I left out, feel free to post with any of the characters'

wow, I got a medal at the meeting, what happened, Kand, can you fill us in on what happened? maybe like give out the link to the meeting log or something, I'm quite curious how I got a medal and wanting to know what's going to happen with our first competition story, in terms of an ending or something, I mean I've been squeezing out posts almost, trying not to kill people.

update: I checked the VE meeting and I didn't get a medal, so sorry for the misunderstanding from Helena and me.

The reason somethings did not go through is because they were deemed to be more of "Competition Rewards" which occur AFTER the competition generally.  So as Kandy said, wait until the end of the competition

Guys, if you haven't already, read the thread about Wildcard's AWOL check. And just for future reference, you all risk failing right here today if you dont report. I've only received two reports, which means right now six of you are going to be thrown out and demoted. And we dont want that now do we?

It's so... Stuffy

New story is up guys. It's low maintenance, and basically just a way we can gauge people's activity leading into the platoon competition coming soon. If you want, you can make your own mind up who's on what side, but keep the numbers even.

As you probably noticed, we have the incredible honour of Doc joining us for this story, so try and make him feel welcome. Oh and clean up a bit :P

I'd also take the opportunity to thank everyone who participated in the story, you did a great job and it should be the start of a lot more good showings to come. I'm passing command back over to Arn now, so I'll take my normal position back, namely in the bar.

Welcome back, Arnaut, the gang's all here and ready to rock and roll.

Congrats to all in the competition thread, good job to Kand for filling Arn's size 27 shoes while he was away, welcome Doc, into the squad, if only temporarily, and welcome back Arnaut from a long deserved rest.

I had hoped to post today, meaning August the 3rd for me, but schoolwork over the summer got in the way. Expect a post from me by the end of the week ^^;
