Ground Vehicles
The DeLorean from BACK to the FUTURE 2 & 3, the Police Spinners, Deckard's car & K's car from BLADE RUNNER & BLADE RUNNER 2049.  GV/Airspeeder hybrids!  The DeLorean is NOT a Time Machine - i'll leave Time Travel to the holo-dramas.
READY PLAYER ONE gave us a DeLorean with KITT's Sensor-eye/Scanner.
KITT & KARR from KNIGHT RIDER.  Without the A.I., costs as much as the heaviest heavy tanks, due to advanced armor, comscan & a built-in Laser (forward arc).  WITH A.I. should add 10k or 100k to the cost as it does far more than be a copilot/driver.
KITT & KARR (Spinner Conversion) for 40k more it too is now a GV/Airspeeder Hybrid!

Battle Droids
B1 Droid Commanders/OOM command battle droid, Tactical Droids & ST-series Military Strategic Analysis and Tactics Droids/Super Tactical Droids.
B1 Pilot Droids, V1 Pilot Droids, BX-series commando droids & Clone Trooper Imposter Droid((i can't recall the correct designation but it resembled a Phase I CT)).
