== Background History ==
Being a Pilot of the Imperial Navy and a former citizen of Alderaan may seem like a bit of a contradiction, but it makes a lot more sense when you realize Jett Lockheart was only as child at the time, and was the son of an Imperial Pilot. He grew up learning that the Rebels had taken control of the Planetary Ore Extractor and used it to destroy Alderaan, while he was away with his family on Imperial Center. He thoroughly believes this fact and decided to follow in his father's footsteps and joined the Vast Empire to live up to the family legacy of being a pilot.
The majority of Jett's life was spent on Coruscant, learning in the state runs schools. He grew up with two sisters, and a younger brother who came much later in life. His father had Joined the Vast Empire and took his family to the Rheagent system as soon as possible. There, Jett continued his indoctrination into the Empire. He grew up, eventually enlisting in the Imperial Joint Forces Academy. He believes in the goals of the empire to create a great and prosperous galaxy, but also understands that the rebels and the New Republic are trying to do the same thing. He believes he's on the right side, and will never forgive the Rebels for their transgressions, especially Alderaan.


== Character's Personality ==
Jett is a pretty easy going guy who is loyal to the empire. He's a straight shooter who tries his best at everything he does, but he isn't the best. He obeys orders to the best of his ability and doesn't do anything rash. He's not really a leader type, but he can be made to do so if required. He is generally considered a nice guy, but don't insult his father or his family in general. He is a realist at heart, with a  bit of an optimistic edge. He tries to help his friends as much as possible, but he won't break the rules for them, though he doesn't tattle either.
