Onco woke up to his data-pad buzzing with a message.  He sat up and yawned looked over at his clock and saw that he only got an hour of sleep he stood up getting ready to yell at who ever left him the message.  He walked over to his desk and grabbed his pad and began to read.

Onco we are contacting you because he heard you are a master slicer and are loyal to the New Republic.  We just received word that one of our high ranking officers Beth Wasyes is in your city, and has been leaking information to our enemies.  We have had our suspicions about her for the past year, and now we believe she sent the location of one of our bases to the Imperials.  We request your help by slicing into her home system and planting the attached file so we can prevent the deaths of many New Republic Soldiers.  You will be well compensated for your efforts.

Onco read the file over and over then tried to decrypted who sent him the message and found that the message did come from a New Republic Officer but could not find out who they were.  He sliced into the New Republic files and found her address.  He then looked up her schedule trying to find out when she was not going to be home.

~~~Later the Next day~~~

Onco was waiting outside Beth Wasyes house for her to leave so he could go to work.  He saw her leave and made his way around to the back of her house.  He quickly sliced into the lock on the back door and made his way in.  He moved through the house quietly till he found her mainframe he quickly began his work the first firewall he broke allowed him free access to every room in her house.  Onco quickly began to bring down the next firewall which allowed him access to the security cameras he quickly began to scrub the footage of his break in and added a back door into the system to allow his to access the cameras when he left.

When he reached the third firewall the security droids activated and began their journey to the mainframe to stop the intruded.  When he broke the third firewall he found the information he needed was not on this system but on an isolated terminal in her office on the floor above him.  He tried to find the droid command list to deactivate them but he could not find them on this system.  Onco quickly logged off her terminal and got out of the mainframe before the security droids found him in there.

He slipped into one of her rooms and waited till the droids footsteps got quieter. He quickly ran towards the stairs and made his way to the second floor he heard the droids move towards the stairs as he checked every room looking for her personal office.  He finally found it at the end of the hallway and quickly sealed the door behind him.

He could hear the droids outside the door trying to get in he had only minutes before they would.  He quickly logged on to the terminal and began to break down the firewall blocking his access to the droids.  The door began to slide open when he finally broke through.  He had seconds to redirect them to their hub.  Just as the first droid brought up its riffle to take the shot Onco finished the redirect. He quickly brought down the rest of the Firewalls and planted the file as directed.  He wiped all account of his break in and slipped out the door before Beth got back.

The next morning Onco received another message thanking him for saving about a hundred lives from that attack as well as 30,000 credits for his efforts.  Onco quickly checked his account and saw that the money had been transferred…
