What exactly are the goals of the DJO? Your members have said that you're all on your own, without even having allies. They said that the only thing that keeps you together is the fact that you share a common goal. After that, you will presumably slaughter each other. Therefore, wouldn't it be in the best interest of the weakest (i.e. the ones who would be easiest to slaughter) to actively subvert your plans? In fact, it would be in everyone's best interest except the one of you who is most powerful (whoever that is)? How do you expect to get anything done when most of your members have a large interest in preventing that?

It's plenty obvious that he's new, and I agree that his qiestion was well thought out. it was also very well formulated.

And as stated by Drac, the DJO's not technically running even though they retiann their DJO ranks, they aren't people who revel their "secrets" and if you got in; let's just say it would be amiracle.

And I'd also like to state a fact that not all Army people are nasty, it's just mostly the ones who either haven't had their booze or are pretty drunk :P

Currently the DJO is more inactive then active, how do we know since we don't have access to their boards? Let's just call it a really good feeling

Also once in a while the DJO will accept applications to join them, the requirements are pretty high. I am unable to answer your question as to the common goal bit, but am curious as to how you formulated that.

I formulated the question when I was reading other threads in this section. Also, I have had that question as to Dark Side guys in general for a while.

Also, I'm almost completely certain that they are not really dead. If they were, they would not have this discussion board still open. Also, they would have no need to put for their wiki entry "The Dark Jedi Order does not exist".

I can't say that your statements are completely true. This is a role playing group and I have never read anything about a Force based group releasing records after their 'disbandment.' I suppose that is partly because there hasn't ever been a Force group that has disbanded.

I suppose you could continue to pry, but I highly doubt you are going to get anywhere with it. If anything you'll just end up annoying someone and will attain the position of "don't-answer-this-number" in the DJO phone book. But what do I know? I basing this wholly on what I know of people around here.

Annihilator, I wouldn't concern myself with the DJO.  It is already made clearin both official posts on the subject and related threads, members who have grown through at least a few years of development and earning the respect of their peers, then getting a letter of recomendation from two or more officers in the chain of command.  The 6 months listed in the DJO Application Requirements is the minimum; it is rare for anyone to get in under a year.

Also I would recommend you read the Rules of the Board (READ BEFORE POSTING) to answer most of your concerns regarding the DJO.  Just focus on the Squadron stories for now and have fun.  Enjoy yourself.  Learn and grow.  If you do have the time after your squadron obligation is done and still want to do stories with Dark Jedi (or any Force-users for that matter), use the StoryNet and include the disclaimer that the story is not "official" with regard to VE continuity.  But I strongly suggest just do the Squadron stories for now.

Anyway, lets get to the point. First off, even though it has already been stated multiple times, you apparently aren't going to believe it. The DJO is dead. Plain and simple. I've heard it time and time again, from different people, some of whom are actually in the DJO. I highly suggest you just stop asking questions about it and face the facts.Yeah, there are still people who hold rank in it, but I seriously doubt that there are actually any active stories on the boards they have.

The Dark Jedis were behind Rizzit's rise to power!  Angel never really left, they just want you to think he left.  He's really about five people on here who are made to look like seperate people in order to suppress us all!  Angel is working with Rizzit and the Dark Jedis to take over the Vast Empire.  They tied up Kadann in a closet!
