That's right, RPGers. There's been many-a-talk of a new VERPG starting up recently, and it's finally here. I can take EIGHT players besides Tomas and Riqimo. Please reply to this topic with intent to participate. Those who have participated in my practice sessions - who have a glimpse of my setting - will be considered over those who have not.

After a successful crusade under a Religious Coup's banner 20 years ago, Humans have taken half of the Continent known as Kita. Allied with the Dragonborn, they comprise the majority of Civilized Society and territory and have the strength to maintain that position. The minority races have been decimated by the war and left frail, only able to stand with the support of each other.

On top of this political dominance, the autonomous Merchant Confederation has only grown in strength and influence across Kita. With an iron grip over all trade and commerce, no government opposes them nor any law rule them. They have attained a near untouchable status.

Discontent, however, has always been a factor in totalitarian regimes, and it has never been higher under the Humans' New Cehaletion Order. In an effort to squash any grassroots effort to overthrow the formerly illegitimate Order, Mercenaries operating within their expansive borders have been outlawed. In light of this, Privateering has become a sub-culture around Human land; a counter-culture movement designed to do exactly what the authorities fear.

Tariq's Yabancilar, you're officially branded. You do the things that nobody else will: fight the Order's totalitarian regime by aiding its oppressed citizens. As part of this special band of outsiders, you don't follow the laws of coin or man. Instead, you and your leader take the jobs that inconvenience those in power; whether it be the Cehaletian Order, the Merchant Confederation, or any other maleficient organization.
