you have to have 10 monthes, and two Dark Council members(like myself) have to give a recomendation for you to join. |

Is that right? Hmm. I thought that the VEDJ had an agreement that 3 months would suffice. If it is really 10 months....WHOLEY MOLEY!

In order to join the VEDJ, you will need to have been a member of the VE for 3 months. If you have not been fully active during those 3 months, we may reject your application. -----------------------

i think you have top check the roster see if the person have a high rank in VEDJ or check the Guild Fortune and see who's the person how have very high salary from VEDJ.. -----------------------

The approval was for anyone in HCA, HCN, DC, or HC.. but we are no longer doing that it seems.. only after 3 months.

You will not need Dark Council approval to send an application to the VEDJ. You will, however, need to have recommendations from your Army, Navy, or VEEC commanders in order for your application to be considered. The Dark Council will then decide whether or not your application is to be processed. -----------------------

3 months DW. Anyway, I don't know how you would submit an application now, since all the rules seem to be changing, but when I submitted my application, I had to send it to the AHC, NHC, and HC.

The only requirement is 3 months. You must apply to any Dark Council position and if you don't know at LEAST one (GM Kadann)....Then you are not ready for the VEDJ, lol.
Once the application has arrived we will be speaking to your commanders to see if you have been active, etc etc. So, to make it easier and quicker you can always have your commander submit your application for you with his recommendation. After that, and if you have been accepted, your application and all applicable recommendations will be sent to Headmaster Paan who will start you on a very long (or very quick if you fail) journey to the Darkside.
I know this may be confusing so I summed it all up:
1) Be in the VE for 3 months (mandatory)
2) Get recommendation from your commander(s) (not mandatory but since we will be speaking to them anyway its quicker if you talk to them first)
3) Submit application to a Dark Council member
4) Wait for the final word. Refused applications must wait another 3 months to re-apply. -----------------------
