New Avatar Competition

Seeing as how i'm not the WXO (and haven't been for sometime), but rather the NTO. I think it's time for me to get a new avatar.

So, whoever builds the avatar that I choose to be my new one wins 1 million IC's.

Requirements:

- Must include my name
- Include my Rank either full length or abbreviated (2nd Lieutenant)
- Must include my position (NTO)
