I'm going to go out on a limb here and attempt to answer this one, even though I don't really know what I'm talking about.
As I understand it, the Force is very much a genetic/biological thing. Midichlorians, or something like that. Seems to me that since the clones were...well, clones, they'd all share the same genetics and such. Therefore, since Jango wasn't Force Sensitive, neither are any of his clones.

IGNORING the whole-midi-thingy debate, clones' force-sensitivity is usually the same as the template being the dna is taken from. In the EU there is an exception in the form of Dorsk 81 and Dorsk 82 (can't remeber his species; they're all clones) who are force-sensitive, unlike previous generations of Dorsk clones.
A short story covers an experiment with Jedi Troopers; clone troopers using a Dark Jedi in Sidious' service was the template, not Jango Fett. Vader destroyed them and their trainer/template. No more were made.

Not without a random mutation during the cloning process, in which case an entire batch would be.
