TK walked through the halls; it was a bright sunny day on Tadath – for once. He walked by the mechanic bay, and spots a Twi’lek

“Hey Saph” said TK

“Hey TK” said Saph

“Working on Saturday?” he asked

“Yup, and need a vacation” said Saph

“Well I am going on one soon, getting a party of friends together, you can come if you like” said TK

“Sure” said Saph “where to?”

“No idea” admitted TK

“Naboo, Corellia, Ryloth?” suggested Saph

“I will think about it, infact someone else can” said TK walking of waving.

"Either that or some trouble."

They looked at her and she gave a grin

"Well, ya never know.  Tends to be anytime we go out somethign happens. Either a firght or something  near of the likes."


Tossing the data pad asside she stripped out of the dirty coveralls to reveal her PT gear. Dark Black shrots and a  sports  bra. The guys stared at her as she walked to a locker and pulled out a black t-shirt.

"Now all we need is a plan. I heard we have a  few days off before anythign goes on.  Gives the rebels and other  denzines a chance to recover.. and more credits for us in the end." Saph grined as the others laughed.

Hold up Saph!" Tyrantis yelled out.

Saph turned back, surprised by his sight. "Stalker much?"

"Heh, you wish." He chuckled, after getting to her side.

"No, not really. I don't particularly like people following me." Saph replied.

"Don't blame ya. Anyways, what is this I heard about a vacation?" Tyrantis asked.

"Who told you that I was going on vacation?" Saph asked, puzzled.

"A message on my Datapad from TK_142 and Katarn." Tyrantis said.

Saph sighed, "I'm going to kill them." She said in Twi'leki. "Well, where do you think we should go?"

"We as in... you, Katarn, and TK?" Tyrantis asked.

"No, as in you, me, Katarn, and TK... so far." Saph replied.

"Well, I have always wanted to see Naboo and Bespin." Tyrantis said, interested in this idea.

"Naboo? Why would a man like you want to see Naboo?" Saph asked, confused at his answer.

"Hey, just because I was a pirate don't mean I like natural beauty, which is what Naboo offers." He answered.

"Definetly not something I could ever see you say." Saph said, surprised.

"Not many people expect me to say that kind of stuff. And I know the pilot that can bring us to a planet, free of charge." Tyrantis said as he walked off to another part of the base.

"Good lord.. this is g oing to be a looong vaction... and still  not an exact point of were  we are going."

SHe hurried down to claim  the good fresher' before anyone else. Not that she minded. hey had privacy screenings and the last time someone tried to get a peep at her they ended up with two black eyes and a broekn arm. Yet, all she got was a warning not to  break bones on a fellow VE  member.

Never said I co uldn't maul the next one

Saphira thought as she grabbed her bag with a clean outfit and for once some civi clothes. They were basic black  streach pants with a silver stip down each side, black knee high boots and a snug dark blue  t-shirt with silver down the sleeves to her elbows.


"Mabey I should get some new clothes on this trip..."

She muttered  as she  stripped and hopped into the shower. Bathing quickly and then getting out before anyone else came in.  She dressed and then headed down to  her room  and packed a duffel bag with one other outfit. She had plenty of credits, so she woudlnt' have to worry much about  buying anything. Yet, she still hid her  knife on her boot that had the top looking like a wrench. Inside her  duffel she placed a TD, blaster and some spare blaster packs. It was a precaution and she never went anywhere unarmed. Only then she placed a belt around her waist and added her hip  blaster.


"Ok.. I guess I'll leave that here until I find out where everyone else is doing , who's going and  all that.."


Her lek twitched.


"God. am I actually looking forward to this?"


The suprise was in her voice and then Tryantis  came around the corner and leaned on her door.


"I guess you are.. I haven't heard you be suprised in a while.. "


Saphira gave him a scowl.

"Shut up... The Army has been my life. Nevr had much time for a downfall.. and how long where you there listening?"

"Oh.. A bit. enough to knwo you want new clothes.. I thinkI can help pick some out for you..."

"Don't you even think about the skimpy stuff from the last mission.."

Trantis laughed.

"Me? Never.. Besides.. I hear you still have them in case of another mission....or.. something.."

He took off running, following  by Saph who slammed the door shut and chased after him.

“Frak!” Oil spurted Havock in the face as she was lying under a truck trying to fix whatever was wrong with the thing. She was not usually assigned Tracked Vehicles, but it was available and she never could back down from a challenge. Closing her eyes she twisted a valve and stopped the leak. Her arms dropped lazily down to her sides.

She was wiping the oil from her face when she felt something ram into her legs then come crashing to the Maintenance Bay floor. What the Hell? Hav raised her head off the floor and looked at her feet.  She could make out a prone man near them. hmmm okay, that’s interesting.

Havock pushed herself out from under the truck to see who had just ate the concrete floor. TK was prone on his stomach, Katarn and some others were about to fall on the floor they were laughing so hard not too far away. 

Havock rolled her eyes and pushed herself to her feet. She walked around TK , who still hadn’t moved, and knelt near his head. “Need some help there TK?”

He rolled his eyes up to meet Havock’s. “umm Yeah.”
She smirked and helped the Private to his feet.

“Did you have a nice trip?” Katarn said between laughs.

“Shut up.” TK said as he brushed dirt off his clothes and started to gather his things.

Tyrantis walked up behind Havock and put his arm on her shoulder. “So Hav…” He turned to look at her face, saw a glare and slowly removed his hand. Then he shrugged, “We’re going on vacation, wanna come?”

As saph raced after Tryantis a droid went to her room and grabed her duffel along with the others who were going on vaction. Yet, despite his comments she still chansed after him. The chase led them to a hanger bay where tranty had an arm around  another troopers shoudlers. Others were laughing as it appeared someone just ate the hard floor.


Not saving you...


She grumbled and started to stalk over.


“Did you have a nice trip?” Katarn said between laughs.

“Shut up.” TK said as he brushed dirt off his clothes and started to gather his things.

Trayntis then  tried saying somethign to Hav and then took his arm off. Apparently  he got a death glare or something before  the heads swung around and noticed Saph was there. havoc smild when she noticed that Saphira was straight linning it towards trayntis.

"I guess I will. This could be intresting.. From the look of  Saphira's  face, YOU said something or did something riiiight?"  She arched her right eyebrow as Tryantis turned and took a step backwards.


"I. uh... kinda... "


"So that's why you were a little out of breath...." Havoc Mused as the Twi'lek  moved closer.

"Now.. Ah.. Saph.. no hard feeligns right.. I mean.. It was just the mission.. and. uh.. I said I would help  you pick out clothes.."


Havoc opened her eyes.


"Dear god.. you did not just say that to her -"


"Oh.. Yes.. He did.. and I would rather forget that last mission... and his antics from what Happened several times...."  Saphira growled. "Try and run again Tryantis.. You won't get far.. and besides.. we're all getting on the ship.. you can't run there.. Might as well get  it over with now..."


There was pure malice in her voice and something she considered amusement as the others just watched. TK  cracked a  smile and those that knew of her knew of the Twi'leks red  hot fire side.

"Don't kill him Saphira.. " TK  called out as a droid sped over to clean up the  bit of oil on the floor.


"Oh. I'm not..." She stopped and flickered her wrists as a couple metal  marble sized balls flew out and hit Trantis in the knees  and made him fall to the ground. He looked up as a smile grw over her face.

:What.. the .. "

"Those are Marbels.. and I can use them like that.. and.. I think I like that  position there.. Like you're worshiping me.. and Havoc here..."


Laughter sped up again and then TK walked over and helped  him up.


"Ok, ok.. I'm sorry saphira..."


"Thank you.. and oh.. youcan carry my bags when we get where we are going.. I think our ship is ready and is leaving very shortly. So.. We best get going.."


She turned and walked away. Some of the others followed and  havoc  wwas snickering all the way.


" I need to pack though." Havoc replied.


"I think that is already taken care of. We knew you'd want to come along." Someone said as they made a dash for the ship.

TK peered down his body, and coughed “You aren’t having mine”

“Who said I want yours” asked Havock shaking her head

“Young love” laughed Katarn

“Says you, your practically married to an Acklay” barked TK 

“Calm down dear” said Saph trying to calm him down

Katarn smiled as TK looked away

“We will need a night lamp for you little baby” TK muttered

“What?” posed Katarn
 
“I said: Hav do you want me to fetch some clothes for you?” TK said masking his insult

“Sure” said Havock

TK walked out and headed up towards Havocks living space. He looked around and packed necessities. After several intense minutes looking for random junk, he arrived back and handed Havock her gear.

“Naboo it is” said Saph

“What?” asked TK “I just got here?”

“Naboo, so you can be a chauffer” snorted Havock

“What?” grunted TK

Havock let out a feminine smile, sort of a seductive one.

“Fine” said TK placing his head in his palm “I’ll do it”

TK took a seat with the others.

And who packed my stuff?” Hav’s eyebrows were raised as she looked over the group.

TK pointed at Katarn, then Katarn batted the finger down and shook his head and pointed at TK.

Saph swatted at the two troopers. “Oh stop you two, don’t worry dear…Ty took care of it.” She casually put her hands behind her head and leaned against her seat.

Ty turned to her, looking very agitated at that moment, and glared. “I what?”


Heh.. The look on his face.. I liked that..

Saphira thought as they raced into the ship. Saphira caught the end of the conversation about Havoc and clothes. Chuckling she went down the hall of the ship and looked around when she heard the footsteps of someone approaching and looked up.Meeting Katarn about halfway to Trayntis's quarters.

"Hi, sorry I never got to introduce myself, as you know my names Katarn."

"Yeah hi, your the new guy right?" asked Saphira.

"Yup, just joined Paladin, great squad, anyway your Saphira right?"

"That's me, the one who likes to beat up Ty." said Saph


"Yea.. I heard other things too about you.."

"Oh.. Like what?"

"That your idea of fun is taking enemies out with your hands -"

"Oh, you're missing the part where I like to taste the blood of my victims if Ihave the chance, and that I wa sa drill instructor at one point when we had a type of boot camp for training for placements..."

She watched as he opened his eyes wide with shock. The twi'lek smiled.

"Ever you ever run into a lizard Named Alatar.. Ask him. My first squad was Eclipse and I was with him for a while..."

The then reached Ty's room and Saph knocked on the door hard, until Ty opened it. He went to say hello but noticed it was Saph, he tried to shut the door but she held it open.

Nice try... you forget I'm pretty strong.. even if I don't look it. Guess he forgot that from the last mission we had. She thought.

"Come on its alright, not gonna hurt you. Well at least right now I'm not, but we have to go, don't wanna be stuck here on our vacation." stated Saphira.

"Yeah, she's right, come on Ty lets go get everyone and head to the ship, I'm dying to take off." said Katarn.


"Fine.. Just as long as you don't go using me as target practice.." Muttered TY as the three headed back to where everyone else was.

"Nah. If I did that.. and killed you.. the ship would reek of your corpse.. or.. I could shoot a hole in the side of this ship and I don't want to have us crash land on a rock where we won't have tools to really fix it.."

Tryantis stopped and looked at her as if she was serious. The Twi'lek then gave a toothy grin and smile as she started to walk off.


"Oh.. Tryanti.. I'll buy you a drink when we land.. but no passing out.. or else..."


Katarn looked at Ty. "Did she just give you a nickname?"


"Yea.. it was last mission.. I don't mind..."

"I didn't realise she was that. ruthless though... She told me some of the things that I thought were rumors..."


Ty Shook his head. "No. They aren't.. But she puts on a good front with trying to have 'fun'. This is the first Ive seen her in any type of Civilian clothes.."


"Well.. Lets try and break open that hard shell.. Maybe Hav and the two of us can help with that.." Katarn replied. "I bet she had a hard life."

They continued to walk as Saph was out of site.

"Well. I heard she was raised in the Army.. it's all she really knows.. and for her past.. she won't say... Only a couple know I think.." Tryantis said as they reached the others.

Havock looked around the room the man in the suit had lead them too. The accommodations were fairly basic. Bed, fresher, small computer, Havock could deal with this. She sat down at the computer to check her credits. If I'm here I might as well check out the only other part of the ship I'm allowed in.

The screen beeped as her account information came up. Hmmm just a bit over 300,000. Okay thats good to know. Looking down at her clothes, she couldn't wait until they reached Naboo. She desperately needed something proper to wear. She wasn't really into fashion, she was more of a practical dresser, just something that didn't belong to TK or whoever packed these clothes.

Exiting the room she started to turn right only to find herself face to face with a blaster rifle. She looked at the guard and tried to smile, backing up slowly. She waved nervously and turned around. “Umm yeah, wrong way Hav.”

Managing not to get shot on her way down, she made it to the deck with the Casino. There were lights everywhere. A few tables of Sabacc and Pazak were visible. The majority of the room was filled with noisy machines.

As she descended the stairs, she could make out a rather large bar directly in the center of the room. She decided to head there and wait for the rest of her little group to find there way here. God I hope none of the boys get themselves shot.

The bartender came up to her, “What'll it be?” He looked like he'd been working for a few extra shifts.

“Corellian Ale, double.” Havock leaned on the bar with one arm. She watched the people and the entrance for anyone she may have known.

The bartender put the drinks down in front of Havock and Saphira. The clank of the glasses could not be heard over the noise from the machines surrounding them.

“Saph do you need me to show you the size of the blaster rifle that was shoved in my face a little while ago?” Havock put her arms out to measure the length of the rifle the guard had, which was definitely an exaggeration. But Havock wasn't eager to get another look.

“Oh shoosh, Havock. It couldn't have been that bad. Come on I'm so bored.” Saph pouted and made her eyes big, begging Hav to get into trouble with her.

They drank for a while longer. Saph continued to buy drinks in multiples of two for the both of them. The rest of the boys still had not shown up. Havock was starting to feel quite tipsy.

Saph looked around again. “Wonder where Ty and the others are?”

“You don't think they wondered off and got in trouble do you?” Hav said with dread in her voice. She could only imagine what Bacredi would do to them all if one of them got caught out of the area they were assigned.

“I think we should go look for them.”

Havock took a deep breath and studied her drink glass. Coming to the same conclusion she downed the rest of the liquid. “Okay yeah, lets go find them before they get us all shot.”

TK walked peacefully along the steel halls of the Bedford until a blast door opened suddenly. Followed by Katarn he stepped inside, revealing a luxurious space which was the Cantina. He sped up to the bar and sat onto the seat. Katarn sat next to him; and shook his head, sort of saying “Child”

“You lost, you will order first” TK smiled

“Fine, what will you have?” Katarn said downtrodden

“Corellian ale in a clean glass” he said

“That and a Tatooine sunburst please bartender” said Katarn

The Bartender dropped the drinks in front of the boys and said “Drink up”

TK lifted his drink to his mouth and tipped it, the liquid contents dropped out the glass into his mouth, ending with a gulp. TK whipped his mouth.

“Another please” said TK

“Fast drinker! Here” exclaimed the bartender

TK nodded and though Wonder where Saph and Havock are

Havock followed Saph through the hallways. They picked a different way to return to the level their bunks were on and Hav was completely lost at this point.

“I think its this way.” Saph whispered as they made another turn.
Havock looked at her and nodded, then ran into a solid object which sent her tumbling to the ground. She looked up and saw that it was a man whom she recognized, but his name was eluding her at that moment.

Saph covered her mouth to keep from laughing. "Oh shi-, umm, hey Tranty."

"Saph?" The man looked surprised to see Saph. Then he turned his attention back to Havock who was starting to get up. "I'm sorry ma'am." He said as he extended his hand and helped her to her feet.

Ma’am huh?

"Name's Hav. Nice to... meet you?" She said, holding a hand out. He took it and gave her a hand shake. "Tyrantis... but you can call me Tranty or Ty."

Saph grabbed Hav by the elbow and started to pull her in the direction they were originally heading. "Well.. uh, me and Hav have to run now." Saph said, hurrying the meeting.

Havock smiled at Ty. "Well, nice meeting you Ty. Perhaps we can meet again without the knock-down."

With that Saph dragged Havock down the hall leaving Ty to continue on his way.

They rounded a few more corners before finding the guarded passage Saph was curious about.

“Oohh.” Saph grabbed Hav by the arm and she screeched to a halt before they rounded the last corner. “Okay here we go, you ready?”

The hallways were moving more than they should be and Havock found everything impossibly funny but yeah sure. She nodded at Saph.

They laughed as they approached the guard exaggerating every motion. Hav walked right past the guy without a second look. He stared at them, his head turning as his body remained in his assigned position.

Havock heard the guard as they passed. “Ladies.”

They both continued to laugh and sway as they walked. Then the guard appeared in front of them in the walkway. Havock could not figure out how he moved that fast.

“I’m sorry but this part of the ship is off limits, orders.” He shrugged and looked as though he had been on his shift at least one hour too long.

Havock laughed. “Wait, no.” She looked around confused. “We came this way.” She put her finger out and pointed poking the guard in the eye. She giggled as he grabbed his eye. “S…sorry.”
Saph was slowly backing down the hall.

“Its…um…its okay. Where are you trying to go?”

“We’re just looking for the fresher. We lost it, have you seen it.” Havock leaned against the wall, more for her own benefit since she really felt like she could fall over at any moment. He started to point back the way they came. “Oh no, she has really got to go. Isn’t there a closer one that way.”

He looked at the two girls for a moment, then he nodded. “Well yeah, its not that far…I guess. Just go down the hall. You’ll…you’ll be back right away, right?”

Saph nodded in the back ground, pulling Havock down the hall. “Great, thank you.” She waved as they made their way down the hall and around the corner.

Saph looked at Hav. “Good job, checkpoint one passed.”

Hav nodded as they walked through the empty corridors. She got the impression Saph wasn’t the type of person to share her past easily. Havock had been in her fair share of trouble as a child. Jed, her foster father, had helped her learn to use her ‘skills’ and be more productive as a member of the gang. But thinking of those days, running away from the orphanage, setting the carpet on fire, all the memories brought a wistful smile to her face.

"Doing this reminded me of what I did when I was younger." She added.

Havock looked at Saph. “Yeah, I was always in trouble too. Drove everyone at the orphanage crazy…heh…then Jed.” She shook her head. “Sometimes I understand why he got so strict with me.”

“But the army, that was my decision. I can’t imagine being forced into it.”

Saph glanced around a corner before looking back at Havock. “Well, it’s not that bad. And this is fun.” She smiled and they continued down the corridor.

One more turn and they heard a masculine voice clear his throat behind them. “Ahem, Going somewhere ladies?”

Havock winced and looked at Saph who looked equally tense as they slowly turned towards the voice. “TK, where have you been?” Havock laughed as she saw TK standing looking at the two of them with his arms crossed. In fact Havock was so glad it wasn’t a guard with another gun pointed at her she ran up and hugged TK, who must have been thrown off by the sudden display of affection he didn’t even uncross his arms.

“Umm, hey Hav.” He uncrossed his arms and tapped her back to get Hav to release the death grip she had around his neck.

Hav realized that she was still hugging TK and let him go. “Oh, heh, sorry I’m just so glad you’re not trying to shoot us.”
Saph walked over to the two of them. “We should probably keep moving, if we don’t want to get caught.”

“What are you two looking for?” TK started looking around the hallway checking for anyone.

Both Hav and Saph shrugged. “No clue. Just trying to see what the guards are hiding.” Hav smiled as she spoke, then Saph added with a more devious smile. “We figure it has to be pretty good.”

Ethannn walks into the room, sporting his rodian-only strom-trooper helmet he made himself,
"what's wrong?
need any help?"

Ron sat in the corner of the room, folding paper cranes using an origami kit that he traded off of Jabba the Hutt for some Rancor contraceptives.  He folded one particular crane into shape, a yellow one that sparkled in the dim light.  He smiled, a dull foolish smile that showed the gaps in between his teeth. 

Ethann walked in, sporting a rediculous stormtrooper helmet that "he made himself" that yelled of imperial stock, saying:

"What's wrong? Need any help?"

Ron smiled a foolish grin and said, "Wanna make some cranes?"
