We have a VE Myspace, but I never use it, and I don't know, really, who does.

I have both. Lots of people use Facebook I agree, but then again, a lot of people use myspace..

Maybe the fact the myspace profile is 'failing' is not because its the less popular equivalent, but because people are shy.
Some people in here might like the idea of being able to communicate with other people with like interests, without their personal life being visible, or in their own opinion, used against them. The myspace idea would destroy that idealoloy if they used it, as now what they look like, their interests and their friends are now on show.
Just a thought. I personally use facebook more than myspace, in the context of the discussion, and would have no problem joining up with the VE one. I don't mind if the VE gets a facebook or not, I don't use my facebook often because I don't find it's really user friendly for someone with my handicap. I would join though, after removing my father as a friend (he insisted on my adding him but I don't get the point). |
