So...My psycho ex-girlfriend and I broke up in march.

I made it into the top 10 of my JROTC class...Inspector General.

I was single and looking for a new girl so I got a job bussing tables. It pays well, and my co-workers have renamed me McLovin. Now, I'm not just McLovin at work...I'm McLovin EVERYWHERE. I just go with it.

I asked out the girl I have liked for a year now...just friends she says. I'm still not over her.

I've been working on my guitar skills. I can play all of Smells like teen spirit, allthough I think teen spirit smells better than my skills.

In Last two weeks I've been in Air Ground School, the bookwork part of getting a private pilots liscence. I passed my written exam with 83% SCARY HUH. Anyway, while I was there I met a girl...I was too late to ask her out and some other Dou Che(its chinese!!) beat me to it. I spent two weeks breaking them up just to ask her out, she said yes, but I'm starting to think a long distance relationship isn't worth it.

Now there is this girl at work that I like, but everyone keeps telling me, GO OUT WITH THE HOSTESS...great now she is expecting me to ask her out...so I'm screwed.

She was there with her boyfriend who was ignoring her so I start flirting with her and buy her a drink(energy) NOW...WTF AM I BUYING DRINKS FOR GIRLS WHEN THEY ARE WITH THERE BOYFRIENDS FOR>>>DESPERATE OR PLAIN STUPID...well...now i realize I should have got her myspace and I didn't and it's driving me nutz.

I decided I want to do Air Force Combat control...

To set the records strait. I found the girl i have by flirting with a girl i liked who i later found out i didn't want and when i found that out, i realized i liked the girl sitting next to the girl i thought i liked. A faux crush leads to a real one. Besides. I've passed up too many girls to later find out i could hava had them but by the time i figured it out...it was too late.

Grow up. Showing commitment is the way to go. Raigen, we never agreed on a sum due to your non-responsiveness to my repeated e-mails and PMs. Make an offer. I have debts to pay you know...

Ah, but show commitment to what? I've personally always believed strongly in showing great deals of commitment to the practice of showing no commitment to anything, based on the premise that there is very little worth committing too. However, if one were to find that there is something worth committing to then perhaps that would be the logical choice, however committing to everything and anything is foolish. The faint grasping of one too insecure in their ability to determine what to commit to that anything will do, a poor soul with no real purpose in their life. So, in summery, if you must commit, don't settle for second best. However this isn't to say you can't test out second best a little to see just how good first best can be.

Love is something you need to be ready for, if you force yourself into a relationship because everyone has been doing it, or you're new to the whole teenager thing, it won't be worth it at all.

More importantly, I agree completely with Kami, girls are not something that makes your life more fun and enjoyable. thats what friends are for

Anybody else here go with the philosophy of letting shit happen?  It seems to me that shit just kind of happens, so I run with it.  That's not to say I don't do my own thing, but when it comes to something like a relationship I just let things fall into place.
